The Mozilla 0.9.2 build includes patches from the following
bugs.

  63640 - Mouse cursors (now animates spin cursor)

  65008 - Add resizing grippy to ALL windows ( this needs to be
          changed to only happen on resizable windows) 
  68907 - Plugin Patch 
  83875 - Stub loading to make compatable with Be's BeOS Internal
          builds 
  65425 - Splash Screen 
  39718 - Process pending events crash 
  39794 - Animate GIF (partial fix) 


Known severe bugs are :
- animated GIFs do not loop through animation
- sometimes it can't download files well (especially from BeBits)
- carets are sometimes not drawn correctly
- Composer will not work before typing a key of the keyboard

Major unimplemented features are:
- loading secure documents (NSS&PSM)
- drag&drop
- keyboard short cuts
- printing
